Basic course for those who want to get (well) started using sound instruments. Both privately and in professional contexts. From 11:00 – 16:00.

With 33 years of experience in the use of sound instruments, this workshop will give you lots of knowledge and inspiration for many different ways to make use of these powerful instruments. The focus will be on simple and concrete tools for creating calm and centering. You will also get inspiration for different ways to work with the instruments. Especially individually, but also a bit about using sound in groups. The workshop is for everyone.
You will learn more about:
– How to play singing bowls and singing bowls
– Learn about different types of clubs and the effects they produce
– What sounds create calm and relaxation
– Which sounds affect the heart area in particular
– What sounds energize, focus and revitalize
– How to choose the instrument(s) best suited to you and what you want to use it for
– Self-practice with the use of sound instruments
– How you can treat others with different sounding instruments
– Sound in group contexts, e.g. for yoga relaxation
– Intent, ethics and precautions
Classes take place in beautiful and quiet surroundings in Rosmus in Djursland (“Livets Hus”)
Saturday, February 28, 2025 from 11:00 to 16:00.
Afterwards, it will be possible to buy singing bowls, bells, etc. where you can get guidance along the way.
Registration is only valid when the amount 1.695,- is paid on the webshop (including tea, coffee, fruit etc.)
Minimum 10 participants – max 20 participants

The basic book “Singing bowls and singing bowls – a tool for peace and contemplation” can be purchased on the day for 200,-
