An audio balancing CD that consists of 17 sound sequences that can be used purposefully as a tool to support different emotional states and thus (re)create balance. The headings are Grounding, Purification, Energy Booster, Integration, Letting go, Inner Clarity, Harmony, Balance, joyful moments & Sleepy Moods. A 12-page booklet is included.

The individual tracks consist of different rhythms, tones, sounds and harmonies. Contains especially very overtone-rich Tibetan instruments such as singing bowls, singing bowls, gongs, bells, Tibetan temple drum, wind bells and more (2015).
