Payment options

JaneWinther.com by Unisound accepts payment with MobilePay, Dankort/VISA-Dankort, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer.
Payment is only deducted when the item is shipped – unless it is a digital product, where payment is withdrawn immediately.

All card details are encrypted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that no unauthorized person can read your information during the transaction.

We reserve the right for misprints and price errors. An order confirmation is not a binding offer if the price is obviously incorrect. In that case, we will contact you before the order is shipped.

Delivery

We deliver physical goods to the following countries (all prices incl. VAT):

  • Free shipping on purchases over 3.000,- DKK

Germany: 125,-
Sweden: 120,-
Norway: 275,-
France: 125,-
Finland: 150,-
Austria: 155,-
Spain: 234,-

We ship within 2-3 business days, often the same day if ordered before 12:00. Delivery is made with GLS, DAO or PostNord.
Delays with carriers may occur and are beyond our responsibility.

We only ship to the countries listed. For shipping to other countries, please contact us.

Digital products

Digital products such as video workshops and music downloads are delivered globally and are available immediately after payment.
When purchasing digital products, the right of withdrawal is waived as delivery is immediate and automatic.

Complaints and returns

We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from incorrect use, lack of maintenance or wear.

Returns are at your own expense and must be sent directly to the above address (not the parcel shop).
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

For faster processing, please attach:

  • Order confirmation

  • Bank details for possible refund

  • Any correspondence

Right of withdrawal (physical goods)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.
The item must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity.
If the return is approved, a voucher will be sent.

Please note: Music CDs can only be returned if the film is not broken.

Physical store

The store in Djursland is open by appointment.
For purchases of instruments under 1.000,- DKK, 200,- is added for guidance.

Workshops (With physical presence)

The following terms apply exclusively to physical workshops held by JaneWinther.com by Unisound. For digital workshops or online courses, other conditions apply – see the information for the individual product.

Registration and payment
The full amount is payable upon registration. A deposit will be deducted immediately – the rest will be withdrawn approximately one week before the course starts.

Examples:

  • Price 1.375,- → deposit: 500,-

  • Price 3.275,- → deposit: 1.000,-

  • Price 4.275,- → deposit: 1.500,-

Cancellation

  • Up to 31 days before start: Cancellation against deposit.

  • From 30 days before: Registration is binding, but you can transfer the place to someone else for a fee of 200,-.

Transfer only applies after you have sent an email or SMS with it:

  • Name, email and mobile of new participant

If we cancel the workshop, the full amount will be refunded.
