Payment options
Unisound accepts payment by MobilePay, Dankort/VISA-Dankort and bank transfer. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
Unisound encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Price errors may occur on the site and an order confirmation is not a binding offer, if there is an error in the price you will be contacted before your order is shipped.
Delivery
Unisound will ship the order within 2-3 business days. Often the item will be received the day after ordering (if ordered before 12:00), unless we are out of town.

The price for a private package is 69,-
Unisound arranges delivery with GLS, DAO or Post Danmark to the recipient on the date requested in the order. However, timely delivery requires that GLS and Post Danmark comply with day-to-day delivery. If delays occur at GLS or Post Danmark, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the requested delivery date. Post Danmark’s quality target for delivery reliability is a minimum of 99% for parcel post. However, please note that these percentages are average and may cover large local and time-limited variations. Unisound cannot be held responsible for delays at GLS or Post Danmark.
Right of complaint
Unisound provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered during normal inspection of the product must be notified to Unisound within a reasonable time. The product can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or, by agreement, possible credit.

Returns are made directly to this address at the buyer’s expense (not parcel shop) – please note that we do not accept packages sent cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing to receive the goods or by delivering the goods personally to us. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is facilitated if adequate information accompanies the package – for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account to which the refund can be made, copy of any previous correspondence, etc. Please note that you must pay for the shipping costs of the received package yourself.
When buying in the Store
The shop in Djursland is open by appointment, and for purchases of instruments under 1.000,- a price of 200,- per half is added, which covers the cost of guidance.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase within 14 days, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item has been received and approved, a credit note will be sent for the amount of the item. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please note that music CDs can only be exchanged if the plastic wrapping is not opened or broken.
Workshops
When registering for workshops, the full price is paid, of which unisound can deduct the deposit* from the full amount. The rest of the course fee will not be withdrawn until approx. one week before the course starts (unless it is “early bird”, where the entire amount is withdrawn on the same day)
(*Workshop: 1.375,- to 1.675,- withdraw 500 in deposit – Workshop: 3.275,- withdraw 1000,- in deposit – Workshop: 4.275,- withdraw 1500 in deposit)
Until 31 days before the start of the course, you can cancel the course by paying the deposit for the specific workshop you have registered for.
From 30 days until the start of the course, your registration is binding, but you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else for an additional fee of 200,-. If you transfer your place to someone else, it is only valid when you have sent an email to Jane Winther at email: jw@unisound.dk or sms on mobile: 24454550 – with the participant’s full name, email address and mobile number.
In case of workshop cancellation, your full payment will be refunded to your account (also in case of lockdowns due to Covid etc.)
